CMH Volvo Cars Bryanston has launched a program called the Customer Service Excellence Awards.
What is it?
It is a way of recognizing and rewarding individuals who go out of their way during customer interactions and provide outstanding customer service. This award will be based on feedback that we receive from customers either in the form of email feedback, through our surveys, social media and telephonically. The Award is decided on a monthly basis and the winning staff member receives a certificate as well as a R1000 voucher to spend in our Volvo Lifestyle Collection.
There is also a floating trophy that goes to the annual winner, which is determined by the compliments and mentions received throughout the year.
Why have it?
There are so many opportunities to have excellent customer interactions. Beyond Sales, Service and Parts Executives each and every individual in the branch CAN make a difference to how our customers perceive us. We want to encourage and promote positive interactions in everything that we do!
Our customers are our lifeblood. We all have the opportunity to make a difference each and every day. In the current economic climate it is more important than ever to retain current customers and ensure that they return for future business. We want our customers to receive outstanding service from our staff, in whichever capacity they function.
Our Winners thus far?
Our January winners was a shared nomination for Hanno Roux and Rudolf Homan from our service department. Hanno & Rudolf got nominated as a result of their going above and beyond for a customer, Epoxy got spilled/splattered on the customers vehicle and Hanno & Rudolf stood and manually polished off every single epoxy droplet from the customer’s vehicle well past 6pm in the afternoon.
Our February winner is our dear and beloved receptionist Helena Heine. Her compliments are numerous and an ongoing pleasure for us as she keeps wowing our customers who call in with her vivacity, joy and professionalism on the switchboard. Mrs. H as we like to call her is a fantastic ambassador for our brand who has such a passion for her work that it comes across in all her dealings with our customers.
We thank our winners for their great strides in making sure our customers are happy, feel cared for and have an outstanding experience when they come to us.
